How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Cosi Home ships to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our delivery zones to more countries soon.
Are your textiles and fabrics sustainably sourced?
Yes, we prioritize ethically sourced materials. Many of our linens and cotton products are OEKO-TEX certified to ensure they are free from harmful chemicals.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, our team has likely begun processing your shipment, and you will need to follow our standard return process.
